Pre-existing medical conditions
Customers with a pre-existing medical condition cannot book travel insurance online. Please contact us so we can help you prepare an insurance application. You will need to fill-in a form giving details of your medical condition. We will then seek authorisation from Aussietravelcover on your behalf.
